2. User Responsibilities
2.1. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.2. You must own or have permission to use any design files or materials submitted through our website.
2.3. Users must not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Order Submission and Acceptance
3.1. Submitting an order through our custom order form constitutes an offer to purchase services, subject to these Terms.
3.2. Orders are not deemed accepted until you receive written confirmation from us.
3.3. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1. Prices are determined based on the project details provided and will be communicated upon order review.
4.2. Payment terms, including methods such as direct bank transfer or online invoicing, will be agreed upon during order confirmation.
4.3. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.
5. Materials and Manufacturing
5.1. We work with materials specified on the order form (e.g., PLA, ABS, Nylon, etc.).
5.2. Final product quality depends on the details and specifications provided by the user.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
6.1. Requests for modifications must be submitted promptly and may incur additional fees.
6.2. Cancellations are subject to our approval. Any work already completed will be billed accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights to designs, files, or products provided by the user remain with the user.
7.2. By submitting files to us, you grant Spark Industries a non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7.3. We retain intellectual property rights to proprietary processes, methods, and designs developed by Spark Industries during manufacturing.
8. Liability and Warranties
8.1. Our services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.2. Spark Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
8.3. Users are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the products for their intended use.
